Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Won99 account. Holding more than one account is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions. - Each Won99 account belongs exclusively to the registered owner. You are not permitted to share, transfer, or sell your account to any other party.

- If you suspect any suspicious activity on your account, contact the Won99 support team immediately via live chat.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date whenever changes occur. Inaccurate information may affect your withdrawal process.
- Registering from a region or jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited is entirely the user's own responsibility. Won99 will not be held liable for any legal consequences that arise.

All bets placed on Won99 — whether on real sports, e-sports, or virtual sports — are subject to the following conditions:
- Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended, except under specific circumstances such as verifiable technical delays or invalid match results.
- In the event a match is postponed, cancelled, or not completed within the timeframe set by Won99, bets may be voided or settled in accordance with the relevant market rules.
- Won99 reserves the right to void, reject, or limit any bet suspected of being part of fraudulent activity or odds exploitation.
- Odds displayed on the Won99 platform are valid until a bet is confirmed. Won99 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect or unreasonable odds resulting from a technical error.
- For Won99 virtual sports, all outcomes are generated by a licensed and audited random number generator (RNG). These results are final and cannot be contested.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by market and category. Players are advised to check the displayed limits before placing any bets.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Won99 platform and may result in immediate account termination, balance freezing, and reporting to the relevant authorities:
- Fraud and forgery: Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process.
- Multiple accounts: Registering or using more than one Won99 account for any purpose, including claiming the same bonus more than once.
- Money Laundering: Using the Won99 platform as a means to launder or conceal the origins of illicit funds.

- Arrangement agreement: Colluding with other players to manipulate betting outcomes or systematically exploit specific sports markets.
Consequences of Violations: Any violation of the above will result in immediate account termination without prior notice, freezing of all account balances, and Won99 reserves the right to pursue legal action where appropriate.
Won99 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any terms set out in this document.
- At the user's own request to voluntarily close their account.
- As a responsible gambling safeguard when a user applies for self-exclusion.
- Upon instruction from the relevant authorities or law enforcement agencies.
- If account activity shows strong indicators of money laundering or fraud.
